Still trying to think of what to do for your Halloween party?  Why not bring out the kid in your guests and have them dress as their favorite cartoon character???  Jem, Cartman, and Betty Boop will elicit great memories and even better attempts at impersonations!

You can serve:

Lasagna in honor of Garfield, Gummi Bears, and Scooby Snacks!     

And to drink:

Put up a giant wipe board and create cartoon character cards for a game of Pictionary, play cartoon theme songs in the background and your guests will be transported back to a time that was less stressful and much more fun!
